We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aarke purchase. If your new home essential isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Aarke products in their original boxes and protective inserts to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
